Return Policy
RUAH + EMBER POLICIES
Thank you so much for your purchase(s)! We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you aren’t completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we’re more than happy to help you!
RETURNS OF PHYSICAL ITEMS
You have THIRTY (30) DAYS to return an item from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for a return with us, the product that you purchased must be unused, still in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you purchased it.
To assist in processing, please include the original receipt or proof of purchase alongside the return.
REFUNDS
Once we have received your item, we will let you know that we’ve received it and that we are in the process of evaluating if it’s in the same condition. We will let you know the status of your refund as soon as we have finished inspecting your item.
If approved, we will refund it to the original method of payment. Depending on your card issuer’s policies, you will receive the refund in a number of days.
SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying the costs of shipping your item back to us. The costs of shipping are non-refundable and non-negotiable. If you are issued a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from it.

NON-REFUNDABLE
Registrations
Registrations purchased for any event, both online and in person, are nonrefundable. If for any reason you cannot use your registration, there are two options:
- You may pass your registration to another woman to use.
- If the event is reoccurring, you may apply your registration to the future event.
Please notify our team of any changes via email (laura@ruahandember.com) to ensure registration information is up to date. Any and all changes must be complete FOURTEEN (14) DAYS prior to the event date. In the case you can’t attend an event last minute, your registration is non-refundable.
Payment Plans
Once your payment plan starts for an event registration, payments are non-refundable. You may cancel a payment plan at any time. The same two options available for “Registrations” apply to partial payment plans.
Digital Products
All digital products are non-refundable and not returnable.
